Blue Fox Farm has been instructing children and adults for over thirty years.  Our instructors focus on developing a strong foundation that allows riders to move up quickly and safely. 

We at Blue Fox believe that riding and caring for horses teaches people a strong sense of responsibility and we take pride in molding young minds in a positive family environment.

 

Necessities for riding

  • Riding helmet: recommended brands- I.R.H., Charles Owen, G.P.A.
  • Paddock Boots: recommended brands- Ariat, Dehner, Grand Prix
  • Half Chaps: recommended brands- Ariat, TredStep, Grand Prix
  • Hair Nets
  • Black Gloves
  • Breeches: recommended brands: side zip Ariat, Tailored Sportsman, Pikeur
  • Collared polo style shirt
  • Riding Crop

Rates

-Introductory 1/2 hour private riding lesson $75

  • Includes 15 min tacking up lesson and 15 min. untacking lesson for a total of 1 hour, 'Necessities For Riding' not required for first lesson.

    • -1 hour group lesson with 4 or less people $60

  • Student is to be present at least ½ hour prior to lesson to tack up.

    • -Package of 8 lessons $420

  • 2 lessons per week to be used over a month period.

    • There must be 24 hour notice on all cancellations in order to avoid charges
